Overview

This series of pump is a centrifugal pump of horizontal, single-stage, single-suction and self-priming. The design standard is ISO2858 and GB5656.

This series of pumps adopts an external mixing structure, which has the characteristics of strong self-priming ability and short self-priming time. The product structure is simple and reliable by foot-supported, which can make the installation and maintenance convenient and simple.

Application Range

This series of pumps are mainly used in chemical industry, petroleum industry, oil refinery, liquid tank pumping, tank unloading, sewage pumping, automatic control engineering and so on.

Performance Range

Flow range: 6~200m3/h

Head range: ~125m

Applicable temperature: -40~150°C

Design pressure: 1.6MPa

Structural Characteristics

① It is self-priming design in pump body, and pump adopts external mixing structure, with double-layer pump body, large liquid storage chamber, high efficiency and strong self-priming ability. The ejector chamber is designed as a volute structure.

② The impeller is close and has a back blade or balanced hole to balance the axial force of the impeller hydraulic force. The residual axial force is absorbed by the bearing.

③ A bushing is used to protect shaft to prevent it from medium contact. This structure avoids shaft to be corrosive by medium. It can improve the service life and reliability of the shaft.

④ The bearing adopts a pair of deep groove ball bearings to withstand radial force and residual unbalanced axial force. This structure is simple, safe and reliable.

⑤ The bearing is lubricated by thin oil, and the oil level is controlled by the constant oil cup. This can ensure the bearing works in a good lubrication condition.
