Introduction
This series of pumps is cantilevered centrifugal pump of horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, radial split type. The design standard is GB/T13008.
The pump can have large flow, low lift, high efficiency and uniform energy consumption. It can be started under the valve opening, and the flow area is large. It is not easy to be blocked.

Structural Features
① The impeller is designed as an open structure, which is not easy to block. The axial clearance is adjusted by the axial adjustment device to ensure that the impeller is working under a suitable clearance.
② The bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and has a sight oil window and a constant oil cup for observing the oil level to ensure the normal operation of the bearing.
③ Maintenance is facilitated by adopting the rear opening structure. The rotor component is composed of the impeller, the pump cover and the bearing housing, which can be extracted from the pump body without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines.
④ The mechanical seal chamber is sized to API 682 and can be configured with any mechanical seal and flushing as well as cooling scheme. It can also be fitted with a packing seal.
